Once I arrived at Planet Honda I was greeted by Nelson Alvarez my sales Rep who HONESTLY went through the process with me. I was dealing with a person and not a computer who was invested in the choices I made as young women. While at first I was a bit apprehensive in terms of the myths I heard about financing a car, Nelson made sure to reassure me that this was a great investment. He took his time with me, explaining every detail in terms I understood and could even go back to family and friends to explain. As a first time car buyer it was an excellent experience at Planet Honda Rt 22. Even down to the finance rep I spoke to Freddy, he was very personable, open to questions, which is rare at most dealerships. The most important part of my experience at Planet Honda is that both my sales and finance Reps knew me by name and even remembered my brother and mother's name. I was not a number, I was a person and they looked at the whole picture instead of seeing me a just a recent college grad who wanted to buy a car ...
