I live within a 5 mile radius, but I have never purchased any of our Honda's from Planet. However, I decided to give it a try this time. I contacted Shalita Banks from the Internet sales department--she was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt email responses, honest feedback, no gimmicks. Usually it takes you 5-6 hrs to purchase a car from a dealer, but I practically made my deal through email which was very quick, easy, and efficient since I do not have hours to waste at dealerships. Out of all the dealerships in the area, Shalitha was VERY VERY prompt with all correspondance--which ultimately led me to purchase the car from Planet. If it was not for her, I don't think I would have shopped there to begin with. Thank you for taking me seriously even though we mainly chatted via email. A+++++++++When I visited the dealership, I highly recommend meeting with Mr. Henry Li. What an experienced salesman!! His knowledge definitely shows. I came at 9:15PM to purchase my car (remember the dealership closes at 9:30), and we closed the deal within 40 mins. He even came to pick me up from my house the next day on his day off so we can finish the paper work before getting the keys. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Henry Li. A+++++++++++++Lastly, I dealt with Alex in the finance department. He was also a pleasure to deal with. Very honest individual, explained everything in detail. A++++++++++++All in all, the sales people that I dealt with at Planet went above and beyond my expectations.
