I just bought a 2026 Honda Civic, to be honest I was a little shocked at first so many people but now I know why they are the number one Honda dealer, Aldeen took his time to help me find the best option for me and when it came down to numbers there was no going back in fourth I told them where I wanted to be at and they made it happen. Plus I didn’t spend all day here I was in and out quick. Go see Aldeen he will take care of you!

I had a perfect experience at Planet Honda! Keith was great with the internet purchase. He followed up and answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. Keith followed through on everything he told me he would do! Then I was referred to Aldeen for my purchase in the showroom. He was transparent and honest and did not pressure me to buy a certain car. He explained everything to me as we went along. Aldeen worked with Keith to ensure I got the best deal possible. Mark, the manager then came in to assist with financing and he was knowledgeable and professional, as well as transparent. The entire process was excellent and I am thrilled with my new 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid. I highly recommend this dealership!

So far I've had really good service experiences here. I used to try to avoid service at the dealerships due to high cost (for promised/ guaranteed quality of course) but sometimes first rate parts and programming are borderline necessary. The best experience ever… my family goes to Honda to buy cars and when we went with my sister it was the worst experience ever.. but this experience was life changing with Derek Mohammed…I called prior was told I would have to wait a months for the car.. because the car is very popular but was able to get my car today with a deal that you can’t miss. With the market of cars you would expect your car payment or amount to put you in the grave but he worked with us and was able to get us the best deal in the world. My experience was great with Jose and Shawn, the only issue I had was with Jose's manager when he came and asked if I was a citizen. I understand the reason, however his approach came across as very disrespectful and felt discriminated against.
